The HR Operations Specialist, Projects will be responsible project support within the global shared services team. The major projects may include the new company HR IS system implementation, LMS training and Flash decommissioning, C&B stock related projects. This is role aims to ensure successful deployment of new systems, learnings and ways of working. It will require project management experience, with preference on SAP - Success Factors and inside of various areas of HR. The position offers an opportunity to work in various Centers of Excellence and broaden project management skills, as well as opportunity to work with the corporate HR team in the USA.

HR System Focus: Employee Central global roll-out, data loads, template reviews, permission reviews, general overall PM support

LMS focus: Flash project decommissioning, 2nd level support, creating training, building training programs, LMS re-launch support

Compensation Focus: global administration of positions, banding and system

This role will be directly reporting to the Director of Global HR Systems.

The chosen candidate is expected to be an empowered partner who drives results, pro-actively identify and resolve problems. This position is expected to keep up with project management practices, HR technology trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Drives the implementation of Employee Central SAP Success factors, LMS and C&B assigned projects within the assigned countries/regions and time lines

Manages project reviews together with roll-out managers, utilizing expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and processes

Has in-depth understanding of project template, definitions and data sets

Responsible for liaison with integration team, roll-out managers and HRIT for final data loads and data conversion

Manage regular monitoring process; escalates and resolve issues with PMO as appropriate

Accountable for providing project sponsors and stakeholders with project status, actively communicating issues and threats

Support with other projects as instructed, including executive level meetings and presentations

Support the system maintenance and drive system improvements as required

Research and stay up to date on recent developments in HRIS community

Actively participate in release management with the Corporate team

Manage HR business testing requirements, timing and results

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and influence key stakeholders

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a lean environment.

Fluent in English a must; additional languages an advantage

Strong communication skills - ability to thrive as part of a regional and global team

Independent thinker and problem solver

Ability to work under stress and flexible \"can-do\" attitude

Ability to work in a detailed fashion with large data sets

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of project management experience

5+ years of HR and/or relevant business experience

SAP HR experience; ideally with Success Factors technology

Experience with work transition management and partnering with external vendors

Ability to travel as required, up to 10%, internationally when needed

Project Management or Sucess Factors certification preferred

Excel certification preferred
