The main target of this role is to ensure the Product Area is developed as part of the overall product vision, and meets its key targets. As key leaders in the Product Development Organization, Product Area Directors - together with the Technical Leads - will ensure all teams work well together on their joint targets.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the team leader of the Area Product Managers, build and develop their capabilities and professional skills, ensure that they are representing Leading Information Technologies Company company values
Review and feedback product development progress in your Area
Make sure client needs are represented in the Area, monitor our exposure to client culture
Ensure Product Managers in the Area work according to the product cycle and rollout milestones
Build, communicate and maintain the Product Area roadmap
Provide feedback to the Area Technial Lead regarding operations of the Area and SLA s, make sure product managers are aware of the operational and support issues of the products in the Area and relaying this feedback to the tech leads to reach resolutions
Be responsible of product adoption of your Area, maximize the value customers get from the Area, making sure adoption metrics are generated and provided to the general measurement service
Make sure the product Area contributes to the revenue goals, accelerate growth and ensure the continued success of its customer base by measuring adoption of the features in the area that belong to advanced or premium packages or sold as add-ons
Do research on the product domain, challenge Product Managers knowledge, review the product marketing materials, know how to demo and how to talk about the products, speak at events, and write for the media
Cycle planning: collaborate and agree on cycle timelines, cycle milestone delivery: present at the cycle milestones, provide feedback to other areas, support cross areas product decisions by representing your Area, collaborate with other members by providing the area roadmap and giving feedback to others, own specific operational projects or processes requested by the CPO, present progress to the board and give feedback to other owners

YOUR PROFILE

You are a hands on Product Manager
You have leadership, relevant people management and project management skills
You have a creative and visual way of thinking and passion for your area
You have excellent English language skills
You have 3+ years experience in a Product Management role (online marketing, SaaS is an advantage)
You have demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
You have excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills
You are capable of working independently across cultures in a clear and structured manner
